  • Shipping is free on all orders. Services are available exclusively on working days. Our courier partner does not count Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays in their guaranteed delivery time.
  • Once your order has shipped and the carrier has generated a tracking number, you will receive an e-mail with details regarding the tracking information.

  • If no one is available to receive the package, it may be left at front door or returned to its origin.
  • Please verify all of your shipping and billing information while placing your order. Make sure to verify that your address is complete and accurate, including all the specific details.
  • Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department or Agency for inspection.

Returns and Refund Policy

  • If you change your mind after placing your order, you can cancel it at any time before we send it.
  • Once an order is generated, you cannot amend/change your address information. Therefore, before confirming the order, kindly verify your shipping and billing information.
  • If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, contact us for return / replacement as indicated in the guarantee policy.
  • Claims of the nature of buyer remorse will not be entertained through this policy.
